FUNDRAISING
This little boy is Alexander Burland and I had the privilege of meeting him at the Radio Sheffield studios on Tuesday December 28th 2010.
Alex has cerebral palsy and needs to raise £50,000 to pay for an operation which would change his life. This operation is only available in Missouri, USA and took place last week. He is still a little way short of the funds needed to pay the full amount needed for the op and he will also need significant aftercare post-op. Pleae help us to raise monies to fund this.

THANKS TO ALL WHO CAME ALONG TO SUPPORT ALEX ON 6th MARCH. WE RAISED £325 ON THE DAY AND ADDED THIS TO FUNDS RAISED ON THE RUN-UP TO FUNDRAISING SUNDAY AND THE TOTAL WAS £500. ALEX'S MUM IS THRILLED AND SO AM I. HOWEVER, DONATIONS ARE STILL NEEDED TO ENSURE FUNDS COVER COST OF SURGERY AND AFTERCARE.
